Hi everyone,
I’m part of the global expansion team for Dessert39, a fast-growing Korean dessert & café franchise brand (400+ stores in Korea).
We’re currently preparing market entry into Vietnam, Malaysia, and other Southeast Asian countries.
Rather than hiring a traditional full-time role, we’re looking to connect with local freelance business developers / consultants who already have experience or networks in:
F&B / café / bakery chains
Franchise development or master franchise deals
B2B partnerships or investor sourcing
What we’re looking for
Someone based in Vietnam, Malaysia, or nearby SEA markets
Strong local network in F&B, retail, or franchising
Experience introducing brands to local partners or investors
Comfortable working on a success-fee / commission-based model
What the role involves
Identifying potential master franchise or area developer candidates
Making introductions / setting up meetings
Sharing local market insights (regulations, costs, competition)
Supporting early-stage discussions with our HQ in Korea
This is not MLM, not door-to-door sales, and not cold spamming.
It’s more of a consulting / partnership role for people who already know the local market.
